We are a delivery-only kitchen, not a restaurant. Small orders go through DoorDash and arrive the same day. Group orders go through a quick quote request, and Maggie plans the delivery with you.
Order on DoorDash
A plate of three, a half dozen or a dozen, pork or chicken, delivered to the house or the office during kitchen hours. Order as you would from any restaurant; DoorDash handles payment and tracking.

Before you order
Can I pick up my order from the kitchen?
No. We are a delivery-only kitchen with no dine-in or walk-in service. Small orders are delivered through DoorDash and catering orders are delivered by our team. It keeps the kitchen focused on cooking.
How much notice does a catering order need?
The more, the better. A regular office lunch usually needs only a few days; a wedding or a holiday order should be reserved as early as you can, because the weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas fill first. Send the request and we will confirm availability right away. See lead times by event type.
Is there a minimum for catering?
There is no fixed minimum. Tell us the headcount and Maggie will tell you what makes sense. Most catering orders run from two dozen to twenty dozen tamales.
Where do you deliver?
Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Dallas and the northern DFW suburbs. See the delivery area. For somewhere farther, ask; larger orders travel farther.
How do I pay for a catering order?
Maggie confirms payment details with the quote. DoorDash orders are paid in the DoorDash app as usual.
Can you deliver in a specific window?
Yes. Choose a window in the request (morning, lunch, early afternoon) or tell us the exact time your event starts, and we plan the cooking backward from it.
