Short version: we use what you send us to answer your order and deliver your food, and for nothing else.

What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, company or group if you add one, the occasion, date, headcount, delivery location and any notes. When you call or text us, we receive your number and what you tell us. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request with a menu and a price.
- To prepare, deliver and invoice your order.
- To contact you about that order if something changes.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter. If we ever start a mailing list, it will be opt-in and separate from the quote form.
Third parties
Orders placed on DoorDash are handled under DoorDash’s own privacy policy. This site embeds Google Maps on the contact and delivery-area pages, and may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; Google’s policies govern those services. Quote requests are transmitted to us through a form-delivery service that stores them only long enough to send them.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and to serve repeat customers. Ask us to delete your contact details and we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep an order record.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling or texting (469) 888-8398 or by writing to the address above.
